Karina and I were first time home buyers. We had initially been working with a few other real estate teams and their ‘buyer’s agents’. We never felt that they were trying to help us buy a home and they eventually stopped contacting us. When we met Rod, it was a breath of fresh air. He was patient with us and took the time to explain to us what was going to be required to purchase a home. Our needs were very specific, and Rod scoured the market for just the right place. He had previewed so many homes in the area that he knew exactly what we were looking for and where to find it (twice). We wrote an offer on what was a perfect condo for us, but when we got the inspection report back it was not to our satisfaction. Within 1 day Rod found us a home with a 2 bedroom legal suite that was in our budget. We will use Rod again, to help us buy and sell, and probably in the near future. We will also refer people we know looking for real estate. Thanks again for all your hard work.
